Shipping & Order Processing Disclaimer

At Burnoutautoworks, we specialize in high-quality, custom-made clothing and accessories designed for automotive enthusiasts like you. Because many of our products are made to order, please be aware of the following details regarding our processing and shipping timelines:

  1. Made-to-Order Items: Some of our items, particularly clothing and accessories, are produced specifically for each customer. As a result, these items may take additional time to create and ship. Please allow extra time for processing.

  2. Separate Shipments: Since some products are made in-house while others are sourced from external suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple packages. If this happens, we will send you tracking information for each shipment.

  3. Processing Times:

    • All orders will be placed once payment has been received, this may take up to 3-5 days depending on form of payment and day.
    • Payments are not processed through the weekend, So any order placed from Friday wont start the payment process until Monday.
  4. Shipping Times: Our standard shipping times typically range from 7 to 14 days, depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur based on shipping carrier issues or remote delivery locations.

  5. Faster Shipping for In-House Items: Orders fulfilled directly by Burnout Auto Works may ship more quickly compared to items that are sourced from external suppliers.

  7. Order Modifications & Cancellations:
    Due to the custom-made nature of many of our products, modifications or cancellations can only be made within a limited time frame after purchase. Please contact us immediately at info.burnoutautoworks@gmail.com with or order number and name if you need to make changes. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

  8. Backorders:
    Occasionally, items may go on backorder due to high demand. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you with an estimated restock date and give you the option to wait or cancel the order.

  9. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number for assistance.

  10. International Shipping:
    International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, import taxes, or charges that may apply. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

  11. Delivery Times Are Estimates:
    Shipping times are subject to the carrier’s schedules, and delays may happen. We appreciate your patience if your order takes longer than expected.

  12. Lost Packages:
    If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Once the package is with the carrier, we have limited ability to retrieve it, but we can assist with the next steps.
